Summary

Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the instructions of the Clinical Supervisor, Office Supervisor and/or Office Coordinator. Under basic guidance and according to recognized policies and treatments, carries out different reception, clerical and client care tasks. Tasks consist of welcoming clients, addressing the telephone, keeping doctor’s schedules, confessing and releasing clients, gathering payments, going into client charges and putting together different reports.

Education and Experience
