Summary

Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the instructions of the Clinical Supervisor, Office Supervisor and/or Office Coordinator. Under basic guidance and according to recognized policies and treatments, carries out different reception, clerical and client care tasks. Responsibilities consist of welcoming clients, addressing the telephone, keeping doctor’s schedules, confessing and releasing clients, gathering payments, getting in client charges and putting together numerous reports.

Performs different reception and clerical responsibilities in accordance with recognized policies and treatments by:

Education and Experience
