    Vital Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preserves accuracy and quality control throughout client contact and information input
    • Handles all elements of initial intake: responding to the phone and getting faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting information into IMBS and eIntake, printing tickets, putting together charts and processing documentation
    • Obtains authorization and qualification documentation
    • Practices safe work habits, making sure a safe work environment
    • Prepares total and accurate files for Billing Department
    • Processes new orders, responds to questions, deals with issues or forwards to proper personnel in a timely way to guarantee client, recommendation, and employee fulfillment
    • Procedures work orders to field places and coordinates timely satisfaction of products and services purchased
    • Supplies education to recommendation sources, clients and staff members on qualifications for service and 3rd celebration billing
    • Offers product/service information by addressing concerns, providing assistance
    • Provides technical support to clients as needed
    • Provides extensive evaluation and Quality Assurance for medical requirement and documents requirements of payors and regulative bodies
    • Functions thoroughly with eIntake proprietary system
    • Performs other tasks as appointed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Work is contingent on

    • Background examination (company-wide)
    • Drug screen (when suitable for the position)
    • Legitimate motorist’s license in state of residence with a tidy driving record (when suitable for the position)

    Education and/or Experience

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • One to three years of associated prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
    • Experience in medical field and administrative record management
    • Strong client service background

    • Successfully communicate in English; both oral and composed, with doctors, area employees and patients to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a prompt manner
    • Helpful, knowledgeable and respectful while preserving a positive mindset

    • Understanding of insurance policies and requirements
