Duties for this Billing Expert are responsible for however not limited to:

  • Getting and arranging incoming payments with attention to reliability
  • Following up on unsettled claims and rejected claims
  • Work on ageing reports in a timely manner
  • Worked with payer websites, portals, and calling directly to resolve billing concerns
  • Submit appeals
  • Handling the status of accounts and balance and recognizing inconsistencies
  • Issuing expenses, receipts and invoices
  • Guarantee all clients remain informed on their outstanding financial obligations and deadlines
