The Billing Specialist at United States Ecology partners with Customer Service and Account Executives daily to guarantee prompt conclusion of precise client billings.

Day in the Life

After booting your computer system and getting your preferred early morning drink, you can anticipate to:

  • Create consumer billings from billing files
  • Complete all required actions to guarantee client billings are sent out in a prompt way
  • Review all billing files by hand and digitally for precision and efficiency
  • Partner with Customer Service and Account Executives to guarantee that invoicing is precise to the client
  • Follow up with external clients associated with billing problems
  • Produce and disperse reports and documents associated to billing
  • Provide exceptional customer care correspondence to clients through telephone or e-mail relating to billings, or other consumer demands
  • Assist in assembling documents associated to billings

What you require to use

  • Associates Degree or comparable experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or associated field.
  • Environmental services experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite with efficiency utilizing Excel.
