Responsibilities:
- Oversee and handle billing and grace timelines. Keep analytical info on billing timing, from shipment of billing to client payment, and suggest changes to billing timeline as required to produce most effective billing procedure.
- Work with the Finance department to figure out finest methods to gather on unpaid memberships.
- Oversee the relationship with our billing supplier, OSG. Deal with them to guarantee tidy and prompt information exchanges, record count recognition and keep supply of paper and envelopes.
- Work with the Legal department to upgrade any necessary legal copy on billing interactions.
- Coordinate with Consumer Marketing Acquisition and Retention on billing messaging material and billing application.

- Collaborate with the Systems Operations and Customer Service departments to deal with consumer problems concerning billing disparities and mistakes. Help with processing and decreasing returned mail.

Qualifications:
