Job Description

Norco is presently looking for a private to fill our Industrial Store Billing Clerk Position. The Industrial Store Billing Clerk is accountable for fielding client service calls/requests and solving any problems by making changes to accounts when required. Other duties consist of, however are not restricted to:

  • Sets up brand-new accounts and carries out credit checks
  • Helps the salesmen with projects/adjustments they require done on their accounts
  • Keeps information in consumer files upgraded
  • Sets up payment strategies for clients
  • Makes collection effort on overdue accounts and turns accounts over to a 3rd party debt collector when needed
  • Perform other jobs as appointed or required

Qualifications

  • Ability to precisely get in information into a computer system and get a working understanding of any software application applications needed to the position
  • Perform standard mathematics estimations
  • Ability to properly check out reports, computer system screens, and so on
  • Perform jobs needing manual mastery (i.e. processing documentation, filing, stapling, arranging, and so on)
  • Ability to sit for prolonged amount of times
  • Excellent spoken and written interaction abilities
  • 10- essential by touch
