Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Medicare and PPS design customers from recommendation through last billing.
  • Perform last evaluation and lock OASIS.
  • Prevent or reduce the celebration of Medicare rejections by ensuring correct coding and documents on the strategy of care/485
  • Review scientific info for suitability, congruency and precision as it connects to the OASIS and 485 while utilizing the Medicare PDGM design and CMS standards.
  • Review and interact OASIS modify info to each service workplace to promote OASIS precision.
  • Provide assistance and interaction to all disciplines within the service workplace.
  • Provide client service/education and function as a resource to Medicare Certified Offices with concerns to CMS standards, Home Care Coding, PDGM standards and billing associated problems.
  • Provide continuous interaction with service workplaces through email, zoom, or telephone (particular to the service workplace requirements).
  • Timely evaluation and coding of OASIS files with efficiency kept at the weekly target set by the Director of MCM.

Qualifications:
