Job Description:
To supply supervisory assistance to client account areas and tactical preparation, handling, arranging, and collaborating operations in designated location( s). Styles work procedure enhancements that will lead to greater quality and higher performance of efficiency and improve FTE usage.
Job Duties:
- Demonstrates a level of skills and understanding of state and federal laws, guidelines and policies relating to Government and Payer standards.
- Develops and carries out procedures, treatments, and requirements for optimal effectiveness and efficiency in Revenue Cycle Operations.
- Establishes and keeps an eye on personnel efficiency within appointed locations.
- Analyzes procedures and workflows to recognize origin services and establish assertive action strategies to fix problems immediately and effectively.
- Provides interaction and feedback to upper management/stakeholders concerning area activities through composed reports, correspondence and spoken interaction.
- Analyzes regular monthly essential indication information from location of duty in order to recognize locations of chance and affecting patterns. Creates services and properly intensifies recognized patterns.
- Execute procedural procedure modifications based upon determined chances.
- Assures precise and existing procedures and treatments are preserved within appointed locations.
- Adheres to recognized policies and treatments.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Maintains open and expert interaction with internal and external clients, associates and suppliers.
- Performs associated tasks as needed.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8: 00 am – 5: 00 pm
