Job Summary: To help doctors and other main healthcare suppliers with clerical, monetary and other basic medical workplace operations in ambulatory practice. Education & Experience

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative responsibilities such as answering telephones, welcoming clients, pulling, upgrading and submitting patient medical records, validating client group and insurance coverage info, scheduling visits, and carrying out billing and accounting.
  • Checks-in clients, helps with client histories, checks precision of client info, prepares charts, might be hired to chaperone or help supplier throughout assessments and other client care activities, carries out billing and other basic medical workplace treatments in accordance with recognized procedures of a specific center.
