What You Will Be Doing With United States:
Prepare, disperse, modify, collaborates approval procedure, and settle billings for all agreement types
Ensure month-to-month billings are sent to customer by a preestablished due date
Work with job personnel to make sure that costs move forward as rapidly as possible, acting on required approvals to complete expenses
Establish Excel based billings in customer recommended formats (these billings typically need the advancement and upkeep of automated spreadsheets to trigger the user for needed info)
Establish treatments, regimens, and associated paperwork relating to billing and agreement upkeep
Troubleshoot billing mistakes, fixing up distinctions in between billed and cost quantities
Train and/or coach to other staff member as required.
Perform other obligations associate d with this position as might be proper
What We Need from You:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business (or comparable) and generally
8+ years of associated work experience, consisting of supervisory experience.
5+ years of federal government agreement experience
3+ years of Billing experience
Experience of all elements of customer invoicing requirements. Understanding of the budget plan and customer invoicing procedure, in addition to detailed understanding of MS Excel
Demonstrate tactical and vital thinking issue fixing abilities
Proven composed and oral interaction, organizational, and social abilities are needed, in addition to a comprehensive understanding of agreement arrangements concerning customer invoicing and payment procedures
United States Citizenship/US Person
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
CPA
8+ years of associated experience8+ experience with Government Contracting
Experience with (MPO) Maryland Procurement Office
Experience with COSTPOINT
This position pays a minimum yearly income of $92,20000 and an optimal yearly income of $161,40000
