Summary
As business Office Assistant you will manage the Medicaid application procedure, support the everyday workplace functions of the center in accordance with present appropriate accounting and expense repayment concepts connecting to the long-lasting care operation.
· Responsible for the oversight and success of the pending Medicaid application procedure and concurrent eligibility
· Accounts Receivable: money publishing, earnings collections, and 3rd party claim billing, and other basic administrative responsibilities as designated.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or comparable needed. Associates degree chosen.
Long-Term Care Business Office and/or Medicaid experience needed. 3 (3) years of billing in a Long Term Care or Hospice setting chosen.
Excellent client service and organizational abilities needed, consisting of the capability to focus on and handle numerous jobs in a quick paced environment.
Excel and Microsoft workplace experience needed. Understanding of Point Click Care chosen.
