Title: Billing Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties consist of generation and approval of precise and prompt client billings utilizing systems with a strong focus in MS Excel. Matching, validating, and authorizing provider freight billings for payment in systems. Evaluating provider billing supporting documents for problems and/or accessorial charges. Capability to fix billing problems in between clients and provider. Cross-training with other staff member in the department on AP/AR billing functions. Getting and keeping different reports, consisting of daily/weekly KPI’s and end of month accruals and reports. Make use of imaging system to index billings, PODs, and back up files.

Job Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or comparable

Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a billing, monetary or information entry position

Skills and Abilities:
