We are presently looking for a Home Health Billing Specialist to sign up with Towers Home Care and Rehabilitation, our Home Health Division.

  • Bill Claims to Insurances to consist of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Private, and Therapy
  • Maintain Accurate Record of Client Accounts and Outstanding Balances
  • Receive and Allocate Incoming Payments
  • Maintain Confidentiality of Client Data and Payment Information
  • Generate Accurate Reports of Billing Data Regularly
  • Communicate with Insurance Companies relating to Status of Previous Submitted Claims/Denials
  • Daily working of brief pays and rejections
  • Create billing batches from the software application system.
  • Understanding claim type requirements for each Health Plan and confirming each claim kind type to adhere to those requirements.
  • Correct claim mistakes reported on unbilled deal reports.
  • Manual entry of Commercial insurance coverages, Medicaid, and other Health Plan declares as needed.
  • Monitor and guarantee payments are made in accordance with the agreement terms along with CMS/Medicare standards for Home Health.
  • Verify rates billed remain in accordance with agreement terms.
  • Collection and follow up of all exceptional Medicare and Managed Care Home Health Accounts Receivable.
  • Utilize suitable systems to actively get in touch with Payers/Patients for account deals.
  • Ensures that all accounts and overdue balances are followed up prompt through contact and follow-up with Payers/Patients.
