One of the largest healthcare innovation business in the U.S. is looking for Medical Billing Customer Service Specialists who prosper in a hectic environment and have the ability to provide info to consumers in action to queries about billing and services, and have the ability to handle and solve grievances.

2 years of recent Medical Billing experience is needed

You should have open schedule to work any 8 hour shift in between 7: 00 am and 6: 30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This position is a 5 month assignment and you should be able to work from home up until existing conditions permit to work on-site in the Tulsa workplace. Existing high speed web access is required, devices will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer care or billing grievances by performing merchandise exchanges, reimbursing money and changing expenses
  • Notify consumers of claim investigation results and changes
  • Comprise records of consumer interactions, grievances, comments and actions taken
  • Assist with inbound calls, outgoing calls or a mix of both

Working hours: Any 8 hour shift in between 7: 00 AM and 6: 30 PM, Monday through Friday

Skills:

  • Ability to document and record consumer and customer info
  • Well versed at checking out EOB’s
  • Needs to comprehend copays, coinsurance and deductibles
  • Excellent composed and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional customer care abilities
  • Attention to detail

Education: High School Diploma, or comparable, is required

Experience: 1-4 years

Certifications:

  • 2 years of customer support experience
  • 2 years of Medical Billing experience
