Medical Biller and Coder Necessary Responsibilities and Responsibilities:

• Coding for a specialized clinic and surgical treatment center
• Assist with appeals and coding of rejected claims
• Assistant department supervisor in training of brand-new staff members
• Looking into and resubmitting rejected claims
• Medical Coding
• General administrative duties

Medical Biller and Coder Requirements:

• 2-4 years of medical coding or billing experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to information
• Coding accreditation preferred
